Register for EMIS Access in three easy steps

You must register your details for this service before you can create an account.
It’s quick and easy to register – simply follow the three steps below.
Remember, when using EMIS Access all your personal information is safe and secure.

Step one:

Ask at reception for a registration form. This provides all the information you need to register to use the EMIS Access internet facilities. We need to verify your identity at this stage so please bring suitable photo-id (such as a passport or driving licence) and evidence of your home address (such as a bank statement or utility bill.

We do allow parents to order repeat prescription items for their children. Patients aged 16 years and over will have to register in their own right.

Step two:

CLICK HERE to visit the Emis Access website and create your account.

Step three:

Enter your personal registration details exactly as they appear on the registration form. If the information does not match, your registration will not be accepted.
