Between 9.00am – 11.30am &
3.30pm – 6pm
Monday Evening 6.30pm – 8.30pm (On Bank Holidays the surgery
will move to Tuesday
evenings 6.30pm – 8.30pm)

Nurse appointments are available:
8.30am to 12 noon
Monday, Thursday & Friday
9.00am to 12 noon Tuesday &
Thursday
2pm to 6pm every day Monday Evening 6.30pm – 8.30pm (On Bank Holidays the surgery

evenings 6.30pm – 8.30pm)

Persistent failure to keep your
appointment may result in you being
removed from the practice list.
